Quality Manager

Quality Manager’s work looks like this
Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes assuring high-quality products.
Conduct regular inspections and audits for adherence to standards.
Train and mentor production staff and quality organization on quality tools and practices.

University degree in technical field
In-depth knowledge of quality methodologies, tools, and techniques
Experience in quality management within a production environment, preferably in mechanics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English and Russian
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
