Main Responsibilities

Analyse contractual and technical requirements from customers
Prepare and maintain project quality documentation, including: Inspection & Test Plans (ITP); Verification and validation documentation; FAT protocols; Inspection reports; Certificates of Conformity; Delivery documentation
Review technical documentation prior to production release
Ensure document traceability, revision control, and proper archiving
Prepare documentation for customer audits and inspections
Participate in internal audits
Register and manage non-conformities
Monitor implementation of corrective actions
Cooperate with production, project managers, and the technical department

Requirements

Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of production processes
Experience with technical documentation
Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into concrete control and verification activities
Capability to work independently and make decisions
Structured and detail-oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Atlassian
Working level of English and
