As a Lead QA, you will be responsible for managing QAs across multiple development teams. You will be responsible for driving, evaluating and enhancing quality processes to ensure product quality is continually improving. The role would suit someone who thrives in a fast moving, team-oriented environment and is passionate about working with developers to deliver high quality software for smart and demanding customers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality assistance – mentoring teams on how to deliver high quality software products and meet their commitments Working with product owners to ensure stories have the required level of detail and acceptance criteria Analysis of requirements from internal and external customers Risk management – identifying, mitigating and resolving business and technical risks Developing test strategies and test plans; reporting the results of test runs Exploratory testing of new features - identifying, documenting, and raising issues Line management

REQUIRED SKILLS: Solid QA and hands-on automation experience Previous experience working in a lead capacity Strong communication and organization skills, with a positive attitude to teamwork and collaboration Able to quickly develop a deep understanding of the applications and their supporting systems Must be a self-starter, quick learner, able to multi-task, work independently and have excellent initiative Working knowledge of agile practices Familiarity with specification by example (e.g. specflow or cucumber) and performance testing is advantage
