Quality Assurance Engineer

• Analyse customer contractual and technical requirements and identify the required quality controls and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain project quality documentation, including:
• Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
• Verification and validation records
• Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) protocols
• Inspection reports
• Certificates of Conformity
• Delivery documentation
• Review technical documentation before its release to production.
• Maintain document traceability, revision control, and accurate project records.
• Prepare documentation for customer audits and inspections, and participate in internal audits.
• Record and manage non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Work closely with production, project managers, and the technical team to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment and a practical understanding of production processes.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or maintaining technical documentation.
• The ability to translate technical and customer requirements into clear inspection and verification activities.
• An understanding of document revision control and traceability.
• A structured approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office.
• English and Estonian language skills sufficient for daily communication and technical documentation.

Experience that would be an advantage:

• Familiarity with quality or environmental management systems and relevant standards, such as ISO 9001,ISO 14001, or ISO 3834.
• Participation in external audits or customer inspections.
• Experience in project-based manufacturing.
• Using Atlassian tool (Jira, Confluence).
