We are looking for a Quality Assistant to join our Quality Team in Tallinn, Estonia. 

The purpose of the Quality Assistant position is to support the Quality Department in daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and data management while contributing to effective quality processes and overall compliance.

Main responsibilities

• Manage and support personal authorization processes, including coordination of assessments and maintenance of related records
• Assist in preparing documentation and data for external questionnaires, vendor approvals, and third-party assessments
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and organize quality, compliance, and operational information for audits and internal processes
• Maintain controlled documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper version control in line with company procedures
• Provide administrative support to the Quality Department, including document preparation, data management, and coordination of meetings and records

• Previous administrative or support experience is an advantage; relevant training in quality or administration is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility when handling documentation and data
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a structured and reliable manner
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different departments
• Good English language skills, with the ability to understand and work with job-related documentation
