KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively source new suppliers and manage price requests to secure the best terms for the company.
  • Purchase essential components, materials, and supplies, ensuring smooth production operations.
  • Maintain high-quality records and documentation, ensuring that information is always accessible and up-to-date.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Proven experience in procurement to help you quickly excel in this role.
  • Skills: Excellent computer proficiency, with solid knowledge of MS Office.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in  English and Russian (both verbal and written), enabling seamless communication with global suppliers. Estonian language skills are an advantage
  • Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills to build solid partnerships.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team.
  • Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to grow and develop new skills.
