Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist, whose main responsibility will be handling day-to-day activities of purchasing department. Together with the team you will be on a mission to find high quality ingredients for our recipe meal kits in order to provide the best experience for the customers.

What you will do:

• Purchasing of goods in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
• Arranging on-time shipments and deliveries
• Evaluating supplier performance
• Tracking goods received and keeping documentation in order
• Keeping close day-to-day contact with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain process
• Participating in product development

• Experience in purchasing, working in food industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solution oriented, proactive and organized individual
• Good logical thinking and growth mindset
• Amazing interpersonal, analytical and negotiating skills
• Fluency in Estonian and English, Russian is a plus
