Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with suppliers, make sure suppliers are loyal and happy with the level of relations.
• Research markets on available vehicles.
• Prepare specifications and offers to the Sales Department.
• Receive purchase requests from the Sales Department, process them and transfer them to responsible people in order to initiate search.
• Track the execute purchase requests, make sure to receive offers on time and keep customers informed.
• Receive offers from suppliers, process and send them out to the Sales Department. Track and analyze customers’ feedback.
• Collect and keep records of all the documentation and photos of the vehicles.
• Organize payments and pick up of the vehicles.
• Track and keep records about payments and debts, carry out reconciliations with suppliers.

Who we are looking for a person who:

• is very energetic, multitasking and able to work flexible hours
• has a high sense of responsibility
• has knowladge and experince in Excel, PowerPoint, other Microsoft office tools
• speaks Russian, English. Knowledge of Estonian, German is preferable
• has driving license
• good at numbers

• Fixed salary plus bonuses that will depend on efficiency.
• Possibility to work remotely.
