Windak is one of the leading manufacturers and developers of automated packaging machines for the international Cable and Wire industry. Windak is a privately owned, Swedish company. We have operated in Estonia over 20 years, providing various cable packaging solutions to clients from all over the world. 

We have offices in four locations – Estonia (Head Quarters/R&D/Manufacturing and Production), Austria, USA and Australia (Sales/Services offices). Together, we have 80 employees with a turnover in excess of 18 million EUR and we are growing fast.  

We are searching for a talented and driven engineering professional, who has project management experience in the machine building or manufacturing sector. The main task for this position is to support the Engineering Manager in project management.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning, budgeting and preparation of sales quotations/ layouts.
• Managing the implementation of projects.
• Analysis and summary of project results.
• Managing subcontractors.
• Identify and evaluate potential problems and delays, recommend possible solutions.
• Communication with customers.
• Participation in quality checks.
• Administration of projects in ERP (Monitor), CRM and Teams.

Requirements:

• Project management experience in a production environment.
• Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field is desirable.
• Experience with CAD software, preferably Solidworks.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and make decisions.
• Proficiency in English and Estonian.
• Willingness to travel.
