Projects Manager

• Lead end-to-end project management for cross-border projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget;
• Run pre-studies, describe problem statements, initiate projects, create project plans, follow up the progress of deliveries, tackle challenges head-on by proposing solutions and managing risks effectively;
• Coordinate work on the project team, set up project governance, set up regular meetings, assign responsibilities, monitor assigned responsibilities;
• Engage with key stakeholders, including validation of initiatives regarding potential projects, collection and prioritization of overall long-term business needs of a specific area, facilitating workshops, idea collection & prioritization, run meetings and other forms of communication.

• Higher education, preferably in the fields of economy, finance, business management or customer service management;
• Project management experience and skills with ability to agree and lead different opinions to one aligned decision;
• Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability maintain a successful communication and cooperation with big variety of cross-border stakeholders and counterparties;
• Strategic mind-set;
• Very good presentation making and presenting skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) on a good level.
