Project manager

Norstat International is looking for an ambitious and motivated Project Manager to lead a growing number of data collection projects. If you are not afraid of multitasking, are willing to learn, and can take responsibility – please apply.

• Preparing offers and price calculations, as well as advising customers
• Managing a complete project cycle from research field planning and survey testing to data delivery and quality control
• Advising on research design: translations, workflow, technical implementation
• Assisting and cooperating with the project team, as well as Norstat teams in other countries
• Develop and implement your ideas
• Face non-standard situations and challenges
• Last but not least - enjoy time with your colleagues at the office in the city center

What we expect from you:

• A degree in business administration/sociology or related field
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Experience in project management and/or market research will be treated as a competitive advantage
• Fluency in verbal and written English, preferably also Estonian and/or Russian
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good organization, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Ability to focus on details and notice connections
• SPSS knowledge is an advantage but not a must
