Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will report to the Head of Project Management and will lead a mature and self-organizing delivery team to manage local and global Integration and Infrastructure projects, and potentially multiple projects in tandem. You will also work closely with Product Teams, External customers, Product Owners, and the PMO team to contribute to the larger over-arching project of which integrations is one part. A key part of your role will be to clearly define the initial Integration requirements in collaboration with relevant teams to ensure the proposed solution is aligned with the project objectives. You will be working with stakeholders from across the business divisions and as a highly collaborative Agile organization teamwork, visibility and adaptability should be at the heart of your project approach. Good analytical skills will help you learn to strategically pinpoint issues which must be resolved in a measurable way. Your visible approach combined with clear communication skills will ensure that you understand the strategic vision, and communicate that aim to team members and internal/external stakeholders.

The role is based in Tallinn where there is a strong development and operational team presence but as a global company, your projects will not be restricted to one location. Therefore, a willingness to travel is essential.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather domain knowledge on the GeniusBet platform
- Being a key contact for the customer, you will coordinate the Integration requirement gathering, establish timelines and manage customer expectations.
- Clear reporting and requirement gathering is conducted using agreed tooling i.e. Jira, excel, Confluence, etc.
- Supporting PMO and PO teams with document gathering and publishing to wider teams i.e. reporting templates, best practice documents, agendas, meeting management, etc.
- Encourage strong cross-team/departmental communication and collaboration
- Working closely with our PMO and technical Product Owner(s) and subject matter experts you will ensure you understand the project vision and keep this at the center of your work.
- Assisting the PMO in delivery for your assigned elements of the project

- At least two years of Project Management in a digital corporate environment in a customer facing role or similar
- Confident communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of Agile/Lean processes
- Attention to detail
- Technical understanding of data workflows or a willingness to learn
- Experience in working closely with internal customers and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with JIRA and related Atlassian technology
