Project Manager

Lead a cross-functional team to successfully implement new products into production — on time, within scope, and on budget.
Take full responsibility for the entire NPI lifecycle, from request for quotation (RFQ) to handover to serial production
Coordinate the work of engineers, purchasers, quality, and production teams to meet project timelines
Manage risks, resources, and project outcomes across multiple manufacturing sites
Act as the main point of contact between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
Monitor and report key project indicators (KPIs), identify issues early, and drive corrective actions

Higher education in engineering, manufacturing, or another technical field (preferred)
3–5 years of experience in managing NPI or technical projects in an industrial company (preferred)
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, including welding, metalworking, and assembly
Proficiency with project management tools and experience in cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working with multiple factories or in an international organization is a plus
