Are you passionate about privacy, data protection and privacy development?
With us, you have the opportunity to:
- Manage and coordinate privacy related projects covering all 3 Baltic country processes;
- Help to identify privacy risks and to find respective mitigation actions;
- Ensure continuous improvement of privacy competence among the Baltic Banking employees;
- Work closely with Baltic Banking privacy manager and other privacy managers from different Group functions and business areas.
Requirements
What you need in this role:
- Experience in project or process management;
- Capability in managing cross area projects;
- Capability in building effective working relationships with different counterparties cross-border;
- Ability to agree and lead different opinions to one aligned decisionability;
- Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills;
- Good English skills, both spoken and written.
