The Role:
As Project Co-Ordinator, you will provide assistance to clients integrating into the Genius Sports’ ecosystem via email, instant messenger and phone. The majority of these queries are resolved immediately with the remainder being triaged with all relevant information to customer Integrations Project Managers so that every call for support from clients can be resolved within reasonable time frames.
Strong attention to detail, logical thinking and excellent communication skills will come very handy in your daily work. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work and learn in a friendly environment alongside a dedicated and knowledgeable team of Project Managers and to be directly involved within the boarding of customers and new products as well as shape the subsequent integrations and processes.
The Customer Integrations team works regular business hours from Monday till Friday.
Required skills:
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft products (Office, MS SQL)
- Very good communication skills, including written and spoken English
- Management knowledge of Windows Server services
- A good understanding of Atlassian products
