Program Coordinator

• Manage and coordinate Group Business Intelligence Programs and Processes.
• Facilitate, organize programs and processes related events, which agenda may span over multiple Valus Streams, Business Areas or Group Functions. 
• Make sure processes are aligned and adopted to agile methodologies, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Document and follow-up your deliveries progress, using various tools and methodologies.
• Propose new ideas and solutions for challenging questions.
• Work alongside our agile experts and colleagues.

• Academic degree, or a great reason for not having one
• Very good English, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of agile way of working principles & methodologies
• Able to coordinate planning, delivery, processes, testing between value streams & business areas
• Excel in stakeholder management in all aspects
• Able to clarify and manage scope of the Program/Process
• Able to document and communicate program related progress and escalations in a very good level
• Excel in time, cost and dependency management
