Job Description
- Ensuring and delivering short and long term production plan
- Following up on production plan fulfilment and detailed scheduling
- Developing and improving supply planning strategies
- Leading and developing the team of production planners
- Taking the lead role as a key user for MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software exploitation
Requirements
- Three years of experience in a similar role (Production Planning and/or Supply Chain Planning)
- Understanding of Production and Manufacturing Operations' core functions and elements
- Experience with ERP systems, Good Level of MS Excel (experience with MES systems would be advantageous)
- Organized, system-driven and pragmatic mindset
- Good communication skills in both oral and written (Estonian, English. Russian would be advantageous)
- Previous experience in leading people
