Production Planner (Lantmännen Unibake Estonia AS)

Lantmännen Unibake Estonia AS belongs to Lantmännen group which is an agricultural cooperative and Northern Europe’s leader in agriculture, machinery, bioenergy and food products. Lantmännen Unibake’s modern bakeries are located in more than 20 countries. Our Saue bakery produces frozen bakery products and more than 90% of our products we export. Saue bakery employs ca 150 employees.

Lantmännen Unibake supply chain team is looking for a

PRODUCTION PLANNER

(substitution for maternity leave)

Your main responsibility is to create short-term production plans based on our customer demand while optimizing logistical timelines and production efficiency. You will work closely with production, material sourcing and product development in cooperation with the international planning team.  Your agility and modern working methods are needed to adopt production plans quickly based on the need. This is a temporary position for maternity leave substitution.

You will succeed in this role if you have preferred work experience in production planning, material design, supply chain or an appropriate degree. In addition to the Estonian language, you have a good command of the English language. To be successful in your job, you have a good command of Excel and planning tools. You are accurate and responsible, solution and customer-oriented, analytical, and adaptive. You understand the bigger picture. In changing situations, you can make independent decisions and see opportunities rather than problems. Good cooperation skills, knowing how to impact and solution-oriented approach are welcomed in your role.
