Are you passionate about creating exceptional gaming experiences?

We are looking for a Production Artist who will take ownership of the visual production process for slot games from the approved concept and visual direction through to final in-game implementation.

This role is not limited to creating art assets. The Production Artist acts as an orchestrator between Creative, Brand, PO, Development, QA, external art/animation partners, and senior stakeholders. The key responsibility is to make sure that the game’s visual direction is clearly translated into production tasks, implemented correctly, and delivered to the expected quality standard.

The Production Artist works closely with developers on a daily basis, prepares asset packs and implementation tasks, supports technical questions, checks the in-game result, and ensures that the final game looks consistent with the approved concept and visual direction.

The role also requires hands-on artistic involvement: the Production Artist should be able to sketch, adjust, redraw, polish, or visually explain what needs to be changed when needed.

Requirements

Experience in game art production, digital art production, or a similar visual production role.
Strong hands-on artistic skills, including the ability to sketch, redraw, adjust, polish, and visually explain required changes.
Good understanding of asset preparation, animation requirements, and implementation workflows.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
Basic understanding of Spine or similar animation tools.
Experience preparing structured tasks, briefs, references, feedback, and acceptance criteria for outsource partners.
High attention to detail and strong ownership of the final visual quality.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including Creative, Brand, PO, Development, QA, outsource partners, and senior leadership.
Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and readiness to take responsibility for the final in-game result.
Experience in slot games, iGaming, mobile games, or casual games.
Experience working with external art, animation, or outsourcing studios.
Experience presenting visual concepts, mockups, production progress, and risks to stakeholders.
Experience using AI tools to support visual ideation, reference creation, asset preparation, or workflow improvement.
Interest in improving visual production workflows, asset pipelines, and collaboration processes.
