We are looking for a well-communicative product specialist. In this role you will be responsible in developing and supporting the training, training planning and process plans for projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the TL , RTM and QA to perform and validate calibrations on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly.

To be successful as a quality analyst, you should demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities, know how to express yourself well and show some leadership qualities. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish (C1+) and English (B2+) languages;
• Good leadership and organizational skills;
• Ability to form efficient communication;
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality;
• Willingness to set priorities and to reach the goals of the company and its client;
• Flexibility, ability to plan time effectively;
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets, Powerpoint & Google Slides;
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills;
• Good Russian language skills (preferable).
