Product Owner

As our new Product Owner, you will be part of the development team in Tallinn, Estonia. The position is crucial to supporting our mission to make the financial markets accessible to everyone. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:

• Develop, own, and execute product roadmap based on business needs
• Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including management, marketing, design/user experience and engineering
• Transform data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer
• Review business needs continuously within a project management environment
• Manage priorities efficiently, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks
• Prioritise and maintain the sprint backlog for the product while balancing the requirements of stakeholders
• Lead the product functional design process based on in-depth knowledge of the users and technology
• Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
• Generate and translate product ideas into detailed requirements and user story documentation
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to create documentation (specifications, research, UX designs, etc.) and make release/deployment decisions

We are looking for an ambitious and curious person who has experience in Product Management and wants to join our motivated and all-round awesome team to help us shape the future of finance. Here’s what we expect from you:

• Associate Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Excellent working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and different agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent product and UX intuition
• Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
• Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams
• High degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development and understanding of agile principles
• Good understanding of marketing basics and user experience
• Extensive knowledge and interest in blockchain, distributed ledger technologies and cryptocurrencies
• Team player with solution-oriented way of thinking and high level of motivation
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
