Product Owner for Data Exchange Technologies

Lead the evolution of digital public infrastructure used around the world.

Cybernetica’s Unified eXchange Platform (UXP) enables secure, scalable and sovereign data exchange for governments and institutions internationally. UXP is not just a product, it is digital public infrastructure.

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the continued evolution of UXP.

In this role, you will align customer needs, commercial sustainability and engineering excellence into a coherent product direction. You will work closely with experienced engineers, architects and other team members, enabling them to take strong ownership of technical decisions while ensuring alignment with product strategy and long-term platform sustainability.

This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for a platform empowering national digital ecosystems.

Your main responsibilities will be to

• Define and own the long-term vision and roadmap of UXP
• Translate strategic objectives into clear and predictable delivery
• Define and track product success metrics (KPIs)
• Align product strategy with customer needs and commercial sustainability
• Organize and plan fast/low-cost POCs to validate with customers.
• Support and strengthen key customer relationships
• Act as the key link between business, engineering, research, and stakeholders
• Foster strong collaboration between Product Engineering team and other teams within the department
• Represent the product in customer engagements and industry events

• At least 3 years of previous experience leading complex commercial software products or platforms
• Experience working in international environments
• Strong background in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership
• Ability to connect product vision with engineering execution
• Experience guiding delivery in cross-functional teams
• Strong customer and market awareness in technology-driven environments
• Strategic decision-making and clear communication skills
