Job Description
- research the competitive landscape, gather information andanalyse the success of existing service and find opportunities forimproving and developing the service.
- analyse the need and opportunities for launching new services andfind the most suitable way to do so.
- manage input from multiple stakeholders by working closely withSales & Marketing, IT Applications and PMO team throughout thewhole process.
- contribute in service launch, including coordinating with a crossfunctional team, assisting with creation of product training, andimplementation of strategies to track usage analytics and KPIs.
- represent DPD Baltics in services related to DPD Group initiativesand communities.
Requirements
- at least 2-3 years of experience in Product Management/ProductOwner roles, preferably in an international environment.
- good knowledge of how to incorporate product/service data, userresearch, and market analysis to create product/service strategiesand roadmaps.
- ability to make insightful, data-driven decisions and translate theseinto valuable product/service improvements.
- excellent interpersonal skills and fluent communication in English.
