Product Development Manager

Our Baltic team is looking for a PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER!

You will be responsible for:

• Crafting and executing a clear strategy for the parcel lockers product line and X2C customer segment, considering market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
• Continuously gathering and analyzing information about customers, competitors, and market trends to inform product decisions and strategy.
• Leading product development initiatives with a focus on user experience, ensuring the product meets customer needs and expectations.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product, monitoring these metrics, and making data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across different functions.
• Encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the team, fostering an environment where new ideas and creative solutions are welcomed and explored.

• At least 3-4 years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably in an international environment, in logistics or a related field.
• Good knowledge of how to incorporate product/service data, user research, and market analysis to create product/service strategies and roadmaps.
• Ability to make insightful, data-driven decisions and translate these into valuable product/service improvements.
• Knowledge of software development processes, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluent communication in English.
