Procurement Coordinator (fixed-term role)

Daily Responsibilities:

• coordinate supplier selection, order placement, and deliveries
• identify equipment, materials, and service needs for project execution
• manage the supply chain and ensure timely delivery of orders
• oversee site utilities and services (electricity, water, heating, security, etc.)
• monitor the procurement budget and ensure orders comply with project requirements
• coordinate subcontractor work and supplier activities according to the project
• identify supply chain risks and propose solutions

Requirements:

• higher or university education (in business, administration, logistics, or a related field)
• experience in procurement or supply chain management
• good computer skills (MS Office)
• ability to plan and coordinate supplier orders and deliveries
• attention to detail, responsibility, and strong communication and organizational skills
• ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• proficiency in Estonian and English is required to work in an international team, and    knowledge of Russian is an advantage
