Pricing Actuary

Your main job duties will be to develop and maintain pricing models for both new and existing insurance products, ensuring that pricing remains accurate, competitive, and aligned with business objectives. You will analyze large datasets to identify trends, assess risks, and provide recommendations for pricing adjustments. In addition, you will prepare reports and presentations to communicate pricing strategies, findings, and results to various stakeholders. A key part of the role will also involve monitoring market developments and assessing competitive conditions to help ensure that our pricing remains relevant and effective in a dynamic market environment.

We expect you to have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with data in any industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and translate it into meaningful business insights.
• The willingness and ability to take ownership of processes and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in pricing or actuarial analysis within the insurance industry will be considered an advantage, as will experience with pricing tools such as WTW Emblem, Radar, or similar solutions.
