Job Description

The successful applicants will be responsible for all key performance areas:
Assist guests with luggage, concierge arrangements & transport requirements.
Assist with a variety of Front Office duties including switchboard, upkeep and cleaning of both public areas and back of house areas
Assist our housekeeping department in all areas
Assist Food & Beverage Department in all areas
It is essential for this role that one possess an eye for detail and have a can do attitude

Requirements

Hotel working experience.
Good language and communication skills.
Knowledge about customer service.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
