Poker Integrity Specialist

• Monitoring health of poker games and tracking suspicious gaming activity at online poker network
• Detecting, combating and preventing fraud and cheating
• Managing player accounts
• Investigating cases of chipdumping, player collusion, misbehavior or any other inappropriate and/or unethical activity
• Analyzing various gaming figures and statistics, reviewing game related transactions and hand history logs to identify illogical betting patterns and potential cheating
• Ensuring that players follow network rules and T&C
• Taking appropriate measures against violating players
• Operating and actively participating in suggesting improvements to backend tools
• Handling all email correspondence with operators and other related parties
• Reporting
• Other duties as required to help protect the integrity of poker games

• Comprehensive knowledge of different forms of poker games • In-depth understanding of poker rules, game theory, strategy and betting structures • Fluency in English, written and spoken • Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) • Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills • Ability to work both, in a team and independently • Good social and communicational skills • Capability of effectively working under pressure and making quick and challenging decisions Beneficial skills • Previous experience in online gaming industry • Knowledge of poker analysis tools like HEM, Pokertracker • Written fluency in a language other than English
