Job Description
As Performance Marketing Specialist, you run user acquisition campaigns across an allocated set of markets for one of Bolt's business verticals (Rider, Delivery, Food). You execute and optimise across the major paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA), keep budget pacing on track, run experiments and feed insights back into the wider strategy.
You operate with growing autonomy in day-to-day campaign management while being supported by your manager and Senior Specialists on bigger strategic calls. You'll also be the go-to person for ad-hoc and service-desk requests from the wider business, making sure those land cleanly without disrupting your vertical's core performance.
- Execute the growth roadmap for your allocated markets, running budget experiments to improve ROI and surfacing scalable opportunities for the team to act on.
- Build, manage, and optimise performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, ensuring activity is set up correctly and optimised for user acquisition and key business KPIs. Proactively suggest adapting the best examples in existing campaigns.
- Run structured tests on budget allocation, creatives, platform betas, and bidding/optimisation settings and document results so learnings are reusable.
- Manage day-to-day user acquisition activity for a defined set of markets, working with local stakeholders to factor market context and performance into your experiments and optimisations.
- Monitor budget pacing and core metrics. Analyse creative performance across platforms and share clear, actionable feedback with the creative team to inform the next round of assets. flag issues early, and bring data-backed input into quarterly planning and performance reviews.
- Work with Martech & Analytics, Brand, and Vertical marketing teams on shared growth initiatives.
Requirements
- You have hands-on experience running and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, with solid working knowledge of platform mechanics and campaign setup.
- You have managed 5-digit monthly budgets across one or more markets and are comfortable being accountable for the performance of the campaigns you run.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with CPA, ROI, and payback. You've used web and app attribution tools such as GA4 and MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust or Singular.
- You can translate creative performance data into actionable insights for creative teams and analyse it effectively to help inform future production (basic knowledge of Figma or Canva a bonus).
- You're organised and proactive with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills — you can run your own testing initiatives end to end, keep local and cross-functional partners aligned, ask for direction when you need it, and communicate results clearly.
