Partner Relationship Manager/Compliance officer for partnership

As a Partner Relationship Manager and compliance officer for partnership, you will be accountable for proactively working across multiple lines of business (e.g. Merchant Services, Card, Digital, Treasury Services) and functions (Acquisition, Marketing, Risk, Operations) to understand the goals and priorities of each parties.

• Act as compliance for partnership management
• As a compliance develop, consistently update and roll-out templates and guides for all stakeholders and ensure latest updates
• In partnership with partner´s (Visa, Apple pay, Google pay etc.), you will have responsibility for handling all partner-related topics and issues, including merchant advocacy, disputes, fraud/risk, customer benefits and enhancements, merchant and network offerings, network rules and policies, data cleansing (e.g. MCCs, Merchant descriptions) and Innovations (e.g. tap to pay, mobile)
• Develop, implement and manage Wallester´s strategies with the partners to profitably grow the business in Consumer, Commercial and Digital
• To orchestrate and keep abreast the relationship with partners to optimize the effectiveness of partner´s solutions and proactively identify ways to improve processes and procedures
• Communicating partner´s news and relevant insights across the organization as appropriate
• Support the team to implement Country strategies and achieve business goals

•    Recognized degree preferably in Business Management, Economics, Finance, and/or Legal

•    Payments / Digital / Relationship management / Compliance and Legal experience

•    Fluent English, Russian language is an advantage

•    Knowledge of payments systems, card industry and business

•    Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking combined with good business acumen

•  Deep relationship management skills, working with internal and external individuals and organizations with a demonstrated ability to influence, add value, reach consensus and create win-win solutions

•  Effective leadership in managing multiple initiatives, multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

•  Exceptional oral and written communication skills and an ability to synthesize and articulate complex topics into simple, clear communications to all levels of the organizations
