Part-Time Accounting and Financial Controller in Estonia

Position Objective:

As a Financial Controller at Scale For Impact, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the agency's financial aspects. Your objective will ensure financial stability, compliance, and strategic financial planning for sustained growth and success.

Part-Time Accounting and Financial Controller: Approximately 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with Estonian financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Develop financial forecasts and risk analysis.
• Identify and implement financial process improvements.
• Manage accounting operations and cash flow for the Estonian entity.
• Handle monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with local service providers for tax compliance.
• Drive automation of accounting and reporting processes.
• Manage payroll.
• Oversee audit processes 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Estonian accounting principles and tax laws
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in English
