Opex and Quality Trainee

• Resolving clients quality incidents
• Cooperating with colleagues from various areas to find solutions for
quality issues
• Administrating technical documentation
• Tracking if the agreed processes are followed
• Analyzing Key Performance Indicators
• Performing tasks with implementation of lean six sigma principles

• Studies in related field (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Quality Management or similar)
• Willingness to commit to trainee program for at least 6 months
• Good project management and problem solving skills
• Analytical and systematical way of working
• Good social skills with active and positive mindset
• Good written and spoken English; Estonian and Russian are beneficial
