LANA Tallinn International Kindergarten (  www.kindergarten.ee , www.lanaeducation.com  ) is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Kindergarten Teacher to join our international team in August 2026.

The teacher will work with a group of 12 children aged approximately 3-4.5 years and deliver a play-based, inquiry-driven programme following the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework.

• Higher education in pedagogy, early childhood education, education, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience working as a kindergarten teacher.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Estonian language skills at B1 level, or willingness to reach B1 level within five years.
• Knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme is an advantage.
• Appreciation for working in an international and multicultural community.
• Excellent organisational and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A flexible, responsible, and solution-focused approach.
• A caring and respectful attitude towards children and families.

• A monthly salary of €1,970 gross.
