Operations Specialists, Nordea Estonia

We are looking for Operations Specialists to an investment team. This is a new team being established in Tallinn, Estonia and therefore an opportunity for you to play a key role in the forming of a new team, experience abroad training and learn more about the stock and bond market.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the investment team. We add value by executing and improving operational processes on the equities and bond markets, with the ambition to continuously deliver even better experiences for our customers. The customers are non-professionals, as well as professional customers that hold their positions within Nordea.

What you’ll be doing:

Ensure that information sent to customers and that the processes in scope are executed in a timely manner and with high quality
Collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain (advisors, Nordea Markets, Brokers, Branch offices and corporate and institutional clients)
Drive the team’s agenda to make the operating model more efficient, more scalable and less prone to risk over time
Drive or participate in projects related to Team´s capabilities

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

Interested in the stock/bond market
Great communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking
Your experience and background:

A strong team player with a flexible mind-set
Preferebly fluent in one or several Nordic languages and a university degree in economics or finance
