Job Description

 

  • Constantly increasing number of drivers and fleets on the platform,
  • Prepare insights, conduct analysis, develop complex analytical models and reporting systems at city and country level,
  • Define, implement and optimize local operational processes and procedures – scaling is our priority
  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks,
  • Collaborate with other Teams and Managers on the city and countrywide projects
  • Taking ownership over countrywide operations projects,
  • Develop and execute strategies to keep the driver churn rate at minimum levels

 

Requirements

 

  • Have 1-2 years experience in an analytical or consulting position
  • Data-driven analytical mindset and skills (advanced Excel knowledge)
  • Amazing communication skills
  • Being a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
  • Not afraid of operational tasks, rolling up the sleeves and getting things done – no task can be beneath you
  • Great English communication skills
