Job Description
- Constantly increasing number of drivers and fleets on the platform,
- Prepare insights, conduct analysis, develop complex analytical models and reporting systems at city and country level,
- Define, implement and optimize local operational processes and procedures – scaling is our priority
- Execute day-to-day operational tasks,
- Collaborate with other Teams and Managers on the city and countrywide projects
- Taking ownership over countrywide operations projects,
- Develop and execute strategies to keep the driver churn rate at minimum levels
Requirements
- Have 1-2 years experience in an analytical or consulting position
- Data-driven analytical mindset and skills (advanced Excel knowledge)
- Amazing communication skills
- Being a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
- Not afraid of operational tasks, rolling up the sleeves and getting things done – no task can be beneath you
- Great English communication skills
