Operations Specialist

Job Description:

Due to growth, we are looking for OPERATIONS SPECIALIST to join our dynamic sales team at Arrow ECS Baltics OÜ.

Operations Specialist will be in contact with our internal sales teams and directly with resellers in the Nordic and Baltic regions as well as serve as the first contact point for some of our international vendors.

Your daily work as the Operations Specialist consists of customer service mainly by email, quoting and order management (from quote to invoice), and various back office administrative tasks. You will work especially closely with colleagues in Nordic.

• You have good organizing and team working skills and you pick up easily new programs and tools
• You have an interest in technology
• Accuracy is a must in this position
• Technical or commercial education and working experience in sales back office or operations are preferred
• You are fluent in English both written and oral. Knowledge of Finnish, Estonian, Swedish, or other Nordic languages is beneficial.
• Being familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Nav (or order management modules in some other ERP system) would be a great advantage as well as working with vendors
