We are looking for OPERATIONS SPECIALIST to join our dynamic sales back office team at Arrow ECS Baltics OÜ.
Operations Specialists will be in contact with our internal sales teams and directly with resellers in the Nordic and Baltic region as well as serve as first contact point to some of our international vendors. In this position you have the chance to develop our business to be even more successful.
Your daily work as an Operations Specialist consists of customer service mainly by email, quoting and order management (from quote to invoice) and various back office administrative tasks. In order to be successful, you need to follow actively your sales cases as well as orders until execution. You will work especially closely with colleagues in Nordic.

• You are comfortable in working both independently and as a team member
• You are proactive and flexible, take responsibility of your duties, can work also under pressure, understand how details affect the big picture and show positive can-do attitude
• You have good organizing and team working skills and you pick up easily new programs and tools
• Accuracy is a must in this position
• Technical or commercial education and working experience in sales back office or operations are preferred
• You are fluent in English in both written and oral. Knowledge of Estonian, Finnish, Swedish or other Nordic language is beneficial.
• Being familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Nav (or order management modules in some other ERP system) would be a great advantage as well working with vendors
