Operations manager

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who will take care of daily business activities and make sure everything runs smoothly. You will be responsible for organizing work, supporting the team, and ensuring that processes are followed.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Organize and supervise daily tasks
• Make sure the team follows established processes
• Coordinate team work and solve daily issues
• Monitor stock levels and product availability
• Communicate with suppliers and partners
• Identify problems and handle them quickly

• Experience in operations, retail, or project management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Good communication skills
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher (required)
• Experience in retail – an advantage
