Banking Product Operations
Ensure smooth operational support for corporate banking products: factoring, loans, leasing, and guarantees.
Support daily operations and process improvements related to private customer deposits, especially those collected via RAISIN or similar platforms.
Core Banking System Configuration
Configure and maintain products in the Core Banking System (experience with Probanx is a strong advantage).
Configure and maintain factoring product flows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Participate in testing and roll-out of new product setups and system changes.
Payment Processing & Support
Oversee SEPA payment operations, including integration of payment flows with loan, factoring, and leasing disbursements.
Error & Incident Handling
Investigate operational incidents and errors, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve cross-functional issues efficiently.
Operational Excellence & Controls
Maintain high standards of accuracy, control, and compliance in daily operations.
Continuously review processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Support Credit, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and AML/KYC teams with operational expertise.
Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing related to factoring and product operations.
Act as the go-to person for product and system-related clarifications.
Experience & Expertise
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role within banking or fintech, with a strong focus on factoring operations.
Solid understanding of corporate banking products: factoring, loans, leasing, guarantees.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) and Probanx Solutions or similar core banking systems.
Experience with system configuration, data input, and testing in banking platforms.
Analytical & Communication Skills
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to analyse complex operational issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Estonian.
Detail-oriented and methodical approach to tracking and documenting incidents and solutions.
Soft Skills & Culture Fit
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong prioritisation skills and resilience under pressure.
Flexible, curious, and open to cross-functional responsibilities.
