Operations Excellence Specialist

We are expanding our Global Operations Team and we are looking for a driven Operations Excellence Specialist, who can continually develop global level insights and processes to approach supply-related problems and solve them.

• Take ownership of key initiatives in Supply development on a global level and coordinate implementation with various stakeholders
• Using leadership model, execute Operational Excellence projects and initiatives based on long term supply goals
• Develop and implement best Supply Operations practices across regions via implementing lean and operational excellence methods
• Continually document and maintain these best practices to ensure learning and ease of implementation via train and audit methods 
• Shape and define Global Operations benchmarks across the company
• Work closely with Global Operations to achieve and exceed Supply Operations’ KPIs via optimising current operational processes
• Collaborate with Supply Automation efforts to reduce friction and increase conversion rates with HQ teams from Product to Marketing, etc.
• Govern & achieve constant growth of our drivers’ base
• Occasional strategic travel through some of our markets, based in HQ

• 2-4 years experience working with and leading change management projects/initiatives
• Advanced Analytical & Excel skills, good understanding in statistics 
• You’re able to manage and eliminate ambiguities and come up with a clear, structured strategy
• Great written communication
• Good English skills
• Experience with process/analytical frameworks is a big plus
• Experience with tech/global/startup companies is a big plus
• Knowledge of SQL or any programming language is a big plus
