KALMAR Automotive - a unique automotive company with a great Danish heritage bringing together decades of experience in the automotive and motorsport industries is seeking a Production facility Manager for the headquarters in Parnu.
The perfect candidate is:
Male or female
35-50 years old
Responsible person with strong management skills to control a team of 10-30 mechanical guys.
Preferred but not needed technical background Engineer, Project manager.
Understanding for bookkeeping /economy
Communication skills towards authorities for permits.
The position will be a connector between the team and the owners of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Daily plans for all team members
- Ensure efficiency
- Updates / follow time plans
- Ensure accounting document flow
- Managing team tasks and operations
- Contact to partners and authorities
- Ensure optimum cooperation between all parties.
- Flexibility and open mind
- Good as stress-management
- Ensure top quality products
- Document processes
