Job Description
Key responsibilities:
-To ensure all reservation enquires are promptly handled and maximise revenue with addedsales.
-Handle and resolve all Guest reservation issues in a positive manner, ensure Guest satisfactionwith no loss of revenue.
-Develop and maintain staff schedule to handle reservation calls, emails and ensuring a highlevel customer service standards with all enquiries in conversion into bookings and salesrevenue.
-Performance reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.-Implementing selling strategies and effectively handling online reservations system.
-Hiring reservations team and effective training.
-Responsible for all administration and accounting of Tallinn office.
-Effectively assisting with sales and marketing jobs.
Requirements
Desired qualifications, experience and skills:
- 3-4 years of experience as Supervisor/Manager in reputed organizations.
- Relevant certified education and training.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are considered as an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.
