Job Description

We are looking for an OFFICE COORDINATOR to join our team in Tartu, Estonia. In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and supporting various functions, including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement. If you are a self-starter with good interpersonal skills, then we would be happy to hear from you!

What you will be doing?

  • Manage and coordinate daily office operations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Manage and order office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide support to employees, addressing inquiries and assisting with general office needs.
  • Plan and organise company events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
  • Maintaining documents and records.


    • Min 1.5 years of experience in office administration or related roles.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Effective time-management skills and ability to manage work independently.
    • Ability to work with and acquire different digital tools.
    • Estonian and English language on very good level, both spoken and written.


    Bonus points for:

    • Experience with HR, recruitment or payroll.
    • Previous experience from international company setting.
