Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Office Manager in day-to-day matters
- Office maintenance
- Creating an awesome environment for Bondorians
- Communication with suppliers
- Receipt and dispatch of goods
- Travel arrangements (flights, accommodation)
- Meeting arrangements
- Organizing employee health checks
- Event management (company and team events)
- Answering the office door and phone
- Welcoming clients/partners.
Requirements
You would need to:
- Have a friendly, helpful, personality with a streak of independence and quick-wit
- Have an eye for detail and the ability to adjust to different situations
- Be systematic and know how to prioritize
- Have perfect time management skills
- Take initiative in organizing bigger and smaller events for Bondorians
- Know how to work in a team and individually
- Have the ability to make decisions
- Take responsibility and ownership of your tasks and projects
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Estonian and English.

The position will be open starting from 10.01.2023. Working hours 08:30-17:00.
