Job Description


This is a very exciting role for our growing business. We specialize in executive and mid management Talent Search globally and we are based in Tallinn in some pretty cool offices.

The role is quite diverse and will capture all of your skills while learning more.

  • Assist in managing administrative tasks, including contacting Global companies including hotels, restaurants and other hospitality businesses, and coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with utmost professionalism.
  • Data input and name gathering while using the telephone repeatedly 
  • Provide comprehensive support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, this may include data input duties, admin support and other office duties.
  • Interact with high-profile international clients, displaying impeccable communication and customer service skills.
  • Research and gather information to present to our team
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team by taking on various ad-hoc tasks.

NB: Please note that we are new to Tallinn and therefore we do not have an Estonian company set up as yet. Therefore you will need to send a bill/invoice for your completed work. This will be paid every two weeks directly into your Estonian Bank Account in Euros.


  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or similar related role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with international etiquette and customs is a plus.
  • Fluent in English is essential + Estonian / Russian is an advantage but not essential.
  • Must be a proactive problem solver and a team player.
  • This is a temporary position which has an option to become permanent if you meet the company's expectations in line with business growth.
