HANZA Mechanics Narva AS NPI AND LEAN LEADER

Job Description

Resposnible for developing NPI processes and tools – NPI process owner in HANZA Narva.
Coordinate the work of project managers and cross functional teams within HANZA Narva.
Lead a cross-functional team for strategic NPI and LEAN projects — on time, within scope, and on budget.
Mentor and spread LEAN knowledge in HANZA Narva site.
Monitor and report key project indicators (KPIs), identify issues early, and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

Higher education in engineering, manufacturing, or another technical field.
Managing NPI or technical projects in an industrial environment.
Proven track record of managing LEAN project & using LEAN toolbox
Proficiency with project management tools and proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
