NETWORK SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Manpower´s client is Toyota Baltic AS.
We are looking for a Network Support Specialist, located in Tallinn.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the full new Toyota and Lexus vehicle ordering and sales process;
- Handling vehicle ordering and sales operational inquiries from the Retailer network;
- Managing logistics-related inquiries and ensuring smooth vehicle delivery flows;
- Providing support to internal departments on system‑based order management tasks;
- Coordinating and mediating vehicle type‑approval documentation.

Essential experience and skills:
- Previous experience in a Customer Support
position, and a customer-centric mindset;
- Clear, well-structured communication skills;
- Proactive and solution‑oriented approach to work;
- Quick learner with an open and adaptable mindset;
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Self‑organized team player with independent working skills;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office;
- Very good English language skills; proficiency in one of the Baltic languages; Russian language skills are an advantage.
