NATO CCDCOE IT-Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating ICT development for NATO CCDCOE and executing development plan;
- Managing and administering ICT systems in collaboration with EDF and NATO CCDCOE Project Leads;
- Supporting projects in evaluating and implementing new hardware and software solutions;
- Implementing ICT security measures and Procure ICT equipment, software, and related services as defined by projects or EDF;
- Preparing and monitoring ICT budget and providing ICT support for training courses, cyber exercises, and events.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in administration of MS Windows operating systems and Office Suite, virtual machines using VMware and Linux operating systems;
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience on network administration, preferably with Cisco and Enterasys components;
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in IT project management;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT systems or in a relevant field;
- Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Estonian is a plus.

Position requires NATO SECRET Security Clearance or willingness to apply for it.
