We are on the way to reach new heights and now we are looking for Head of Sales to join our fantastic team!

This position is ideal for an active, dynamic, agile person, who keenly feels a time pressure, considers delays in business as unacceptable and understands that efficiency is more important than hard work. As it is not always possible to predict the future, such person often builds far-reaching, although not fully thought-out plans, and is able to adapt the strategy, if it does not deliver the desired results.

Being a leading company in the sector we expect the candidate to demonstrate a good degree of sector and business knowledge in digital advertising – you should be able to identify and assess perspectivity and profitability of new commercial avenues and offer extraordinary ways to increase efficiency.

We are looking for an unconventional candidate that likes to think strategically, may take a calculated risk, deliver sales and clarity of planning & importantly become an integral member of the team.

As the company grows the candidate will deliver not only results but will also provide commercial leadership in a time sensitive way – the motto of the successful candidate should be ‘It’s not necessary to work 12 hours a day but to work using your mind’.

Your main responsibilities:
• developing and leading a team of sales professionals
• taking a hands-on approach in building effective and replicable sales processes
• developing solutions to consistently optimize the bottom end of the funnel
• forecasting revenue growth, reaching KPIs and managing the sales pipeline
• working closely with the marketing and product team on a strategic level and identifying opportunities to drive further business growth

We expect you to have:
• minimum 5 years of experience in sales
• demonstrated ability in building and leading a team
• relevant experience working in a fast-growing SaaS company, preferably in the field of online advertising
• hands-on approach to sales change management and a lead-by-example attitude
• excellent communication, listening and time management skills
• excellent command of written and spoken English
