Job Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all Microsoft-based systems, including Active Directory, Exchange, M365, and Windows Server
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft-based systems
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and patches
  • Create/update documentation
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the alignment of Microsoft-based systems with overall IT goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends
  • Mentor and train junior IT staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft-based infrastructure
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Exchange hybrid environment, M365, and Windows Server
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V and VMWare
  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as Azure, Office 365 and AWS
  • Possess knowledge of automation and orchestration tools
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Have a good change management and documentation hygiene
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as MCSE or MCSA, are preferred.
